Survey: Identifying Barriers to the Energy Efficiency First (EE1st) Principle

We are collecting input from key regional and local stakeholders as part of the REEF project (Regions putting Energy Efficiency First), to understand what hinders the effective application of the Energy Efficiency First (EE1st) principle in each contry. This principle states that, before considering new energy sources or energy infrastructure, opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements in buildings, transportation, industry, and other sectors should be assessed and maximized.
